A New Sock Creation!

Thank goodness Adrien goes though his socks so fast...it gave me the opportunity to try this awesome vintage sock elephant pattern.


I decked him out for the circus with a blanket on his back and a pom pom head piece. Plus the pom pom hides a worn spot on his forehead...as does the tail.


You might recognize the fabric. It's leftover from when I converted our IKEA pillow cases from French to American size. (You didn't know they had different size pillows over here?)


I think he turned out pretty cute. My favorite part is his stubby round feet made by inserting discs of cardboard in the legs.
